1. 내 주를 가까이

 

 

 

Near-er, my God, to Thee,

하게 함은
Near-er to Thee!

십자가 짐 같은
E'en though it be a cross

고생이나
That rais-eth me

내 일생 소원은
Still all my song shall be,

늘 찬송하면서
Near-er, my God, to Thee,

주께 더 나가기
Near-er, my God, to Thee,

원합니다.
Near-er to Thee.

2. 내 고생하는 것 옛 야곱이
Thn-der-er, The sun gone diwn,

돌베개 베고
Dark-ness be o-ver me,

잠 같습니다
My rest a stone

꿈에도 소원이
Yet in my dreams I'd be

늘 찬송하면서
Near-er, my God, to Thee,

주께 더 나가기
Near-er, my God, to Thee,

원합니다.
Near-er to Thee.

3. 천성에 가는 길
There let the way ap-pear

험하여도
Steps un-to heaven

생명 길 되나니
All that Thou send-est me

은혜로다
In mer-cy given

천사 날 부르니
An-gels to beck-on me

늘 찬송하면서
Near-er, my God, to Thee,

주께 더 나가기
Near-er, my God, to Thee,

원합니다.
Near-er to Thee.

4. 야곱이 잠깨어
Then, with my wak-ing thoughts

일어난 후
Bringt with Thy praise,

돌단을 쌓은 것
Out of my ston-y griefs

본받아서
Beth-el I'll raise

숨질 때 되도록
So by my woes to be

늘 찬송하면서
Near-er, my God, to Thee,

주께 더 나가기
